Each month, the Park Tavern features a special dinner experience crafted by our own Executive Chef Daniel Cleary. For one low price, you get a delicious multi course meal (tax and gratuity will be added), each course paired with a custom selected wine or beer. 

Dinner is by reservation only ($39.95 / person).  Please call us at 952-929-6810 and ask to speak with a manager for more information.

 

June Chef's Dinner

1st Course
Spicy Beef Wrap: sriracha, cilantro, peanut, fried shallot
Smoked Carrots: cinnamon, goat cheese, pistachio
Crispy Glazed Squid: sweet chili, fried pork, kimchi


2nd Course
Oyster Duo
raw: oyster, red wine mignonette, cucumber-ginger
hot: fried winter point oyster - tartar, pickles

  
3rd Course
Panini duck confit, spicy napa cabbage slaw, miso mayo, culantro. duck fat fries


4th Course
Grilled Hangar Steak, Cippolini onions, greens, tomato-horseradish vinaigrette


5th Course
Chocolate Sea Salt Donut coffee brandy glaze

Important Booking Information: Reservations are held with a credit or debit card at the time of booking. Reservations can be made by calling 952-929-6810. Please let us know you are calling to reserve your spot for the Chef's Dinner. A manager will take your reservation. We also accept reservations in person with a cash deposit. Cancellations must be made by email to reservations@parktavern.net by noon the day before the scheduled Chef's Dinner. Cancellations made after that time are liable for a $20 charge per person.
